After the demise of my dear Dad, my mother relocated to Chennai and worked very hard for our financial stability. I decided not to allow her into the kitchen after her office hours. At the age of 11, I tried my first dish. I became inquisitive about cooking and I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it.
